Data Element Data element description Is Required?
Base Currency:     One currency is the base currency, say USD. The exchange rate is recorder as amount for one unit of the base currency. 
Exchange Currency:     The other currency is selected here.
Exchange Rate Date:    The date the exchange rate is applicable.
Exchange Rate:     The exchange rate amount.
